Notice is hereby given of a change in the meeting of the National Institute of Environmental Health Sciences Special Emphasis Panel, October 10, 2013, 12:30 p.m. to October 10, 2013, 5:00 p.m., NIEHS/National Institutes of Health, Keystone Building, 530 Davis Drive, Research Triangle Park, NC 27709 which was published in the *Federal Register* on September 16, 2013, 78 FR 56902.
