The Commission will hear oral argument in the matter *Secretary of Labor* v. *Twentymile Coal Co.,* Docket Nos. WEST 2008-788-R, et al. (Issues include whether the Administrative Law Judge erred in concluding that violations involving accumulations of coal dust and an inadequate pre-shift examination were “significant and substantial.”)
