#  Notice of Availability for Exclusive, Non-Exclusive, or Partially-Exclusive Licensing of an Invention Concerning Small-Molecule Antidotes to Ribosome-Inactivating Proteins

Notice.

**SUMMARY:**

Announcement is made of the availability for licensing of the invention set forth in U.S. Provisional Patent Application Serial No. 61/826,820, entitled “Small-Molecule Antidotes to Ribosome-Inactivating Proteins,” filed on May 23, 2013. The United States Government, as represented by the Secretary of the Army, has rights to this invention.

**SUPPLEMENTARY INFORMATION:**

The invention relates to a method of treating, inhibiting, reducing, or preventing intoxication caused by a ribosome-inactivating (RIP) in a subject which comprises administering to the subject a therapeutically effective amount of at least one compound or composition according to the present invention.
