*Incident:* Severe Storms, Tornadoes, and Flooding.
*Incident Period:* 04/27/2014.
*Effective Date:* 05/05/2014.
*Physical Loan Application Deadline Date:* 06/30/2014.
*EIDL Loan Application Deadline Date:* 01/29/2015.

Missouri: Oregon; Ripley.
All other information in the original declaration remains unchanged.
