**SUMMARY:**
The Department of the Navy hereby gives notice of its intent to grant to Xtreme Alternative Defense Systems Ltd. a revocable, nonassignable, partially exclusive license to practice in the United States in the fields of Counter Piracy Application for Commercial Shipping and Counter UAV Systems, the Government-owned invention described below: Patent 8,420,977 (Navy Case 99,996), issued April 16, 2013, entitled “High Power Laser System.”
**DATES:**
Anyone wishing to object to the grant of this license must file written objections along with supporting evidence, if any, not later than July 28, 2014.
