#  Ferrosilicon From Russia; Termination of Investigation

**AGENCY:**

United States International Trade Commission.

**ACTION:**

Notice.

**SUMMARY:**

On July 31, 2014, the Department of Commerce published notice in the *Federal Register* of a final determination of sales at not less than fair value in connection with the subject investigation concerning Russia (79 FR 44393). Accordingly, pursuant to section 207.40(a) of the Commission's Rules of Practice and Procedure (19 CFR § 207.40(a)), the antidumping duty investigation concerning ferrosilicon from Russia (Inv. No. 731-TA-1224 (Final)) is terminated.

Effective Date: July 31, 2014.
