This is a Notice of the Presidential declaration of a major disaster for Public Assistance Only for the Territory of Guam (FEMA-4191-DR), dated 09/10/2014.
*Incident:* Tropical Storm Halong.
*Incident Period:* 07/28/2014 through 07/31/2014.
*Effective Date:* 09/10/2014.
*Physical Loan Application Deadline Date:* 11/10/2014.
*Economic Injury (EIDL) Loan Application Deadline Date:* 06/10/2015.
