**MATTERS TO BE CONSIDERED:**

The Commission will hear oral argument in the matter *Secretary of Labor* v. *Sunbelt Rentals, Inc., et al.,* Docket Nos. VA 2013-275, *et al.* (Issues include whether a workplace examination must be “adequate” under the standard in question.)
