The permit authorizes filming marine mammals in Bristol Bay, Nushagak and Kvichak Bays, Kenai Fjords, Resurrection Bay, Aialik Bay, Harris Bay and Blying Sound, Alaska. Filming would occur from boats, a kayak, and an underwater diver; hydrophones would be used to record sounds.
