#  Gulf of Mexico Fishery Management Council; Public Meetings

**AGENCY:**

National Marine Fisheries Service (NMFS), National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA), Commerce.

**ACTION:**

Notice; public hearings.

**SUMMARY:**

The Gulf of Mexico Fishery Management Council (Council) will hold twelve public hearings/workshops and two webinars to solicit public comments on Amendment 39—Regional Management of Recreational Red Snapper, Amendment 41—Charter for-hire Red Snapper Management, and Amendment 42—Headboat Reef Fish Management.

**DATES:**

The meetings will be held October 19-November 3, 2015. The meetings will begin at 6 p.m. and will conclude no later than 9 p.m. For specific dates and times see *SUPPLEMENTARY INFORMATION* . Written public comments must be received on or before 5 p.m. e.s.t., Friday, November 6, 2015.

**SUPPLEMENTARY INFORMATION:**

The agenda for the following twelve hearings/workshops and two webinars are as follows: Council staff will brief the public on the respective amendment(s) for each meeting, including Amendment 39—Regional Management of Recreational Red Snapper, Amendment 41—Charter for-hire Red Snapper Management, and Amendment 42—Headboat Reef Fish Management.
