**SUMMARY:**

This is an amendment of the Presidential declaration of a major disaster for the State of Texas (FEMA-4269-DR), dated 04/25/2016.

*Incident:* Severe Storms and Flooding.

*Incident Period:* 04/17/2016 through 04/30/2016.

*Effective Date:* 07/05/2016.

*Physical Loan Application Deadline Date:* 07/29/2016.

*EIDL Loan Application Deadline Date:* 01/25/2017.

All other information in the original declaration remains unchanged.
