*Incident:* Hurricane Matthew.
*Incident Period:* 10/04/2016 and continuing.
**EFFECTIVE DATE:**
10/12/2016.
*Physical Loan Application Deadline Date:* 12/09/2016.
*EIDL Loan Application Deadline Date:* 07/10/2017.

*Contiguous Counties:* (Economic Injury Loans Only):
North Carolina: Chatham, Lee.
All other information in the original declaration remains unchanged.
