**SUMMARY:**

This is an amendment of the Economic Injury Disaster Loan (EIDL) declaration for the State of California, dated 02/08/2016.

*Incident:* Aliso Canyon Gas Leak.

*Incident Period:* 10/23/2015 and continuing through 10/06/2016.

**Effective Date:**

10/12/2016.

*Economic Injury (EIDL) Loan Application Deadline Date:* 11/08/2016.

All other information in the original declaration remains unchanged.
