*Incident:* Hurricane Matthew.
*Incident Period:* 10/04/2016 and continuing.
*Effective Date:* 10/14/2016.
*Physical Loan Application Deadline Date:* 12/13/2016.
*Economic Injury (EIDL) Loan Application Deadline Date:* 07/12/2017.
