**SUMMARY:**
In accordance with the Federal Advisory Committee Act (Pub. L. 92-463), the National Aeronautics and Space Administration announces a meeting of the Institutional Committee of the NASA Advisory Council (NAC). This committee reports to the NAC.

Monday, March 13, 2017, 9:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m.; and Tuesday, March 14, 2017, 9:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m.; Local Time.

Attendees will be requested to sign a register and to comply with NASA Headquarters security requirements, including the presentation of a valid picture ID before receiving access to NASA Headquarters. Due to the Real ID Act, any attendees with driver's licenses issued from non-compliant states must present a second form of ID. Non-compliant states/territories are: Maine, Minnesota, Missouri, Montana, and Washington.
