*Incident Period:* 12/24/2016 through 12/26/2016.
*Effective Date:* 03/06/2017.
*Physical Loan Application Deadline Date:* 04/03/2017.
*Economic Injury (Eidl) Loan Application Deadline Date:* 11/01/2017.

The notice of the President's major disaster declaration for Private Non-Profit organizations in the State of South Dakota, dated 02/01/2017, is hereby amended to include the following areas as adversely affected by the disaster.
Primary Area: Lake Traverse Reservation.
All other information in the original declaration remains unchanged.
