**SUMMARY:**

This is a notice of an Administrative declaration of a disaster for the State of Oklahoma dated 06/06/2017.

*Incident:* Tornadoes, Straight-line Winds, Flooding and Severe Storms.

*Incident Period:* 05/16/2017 through 05/19/2017.

**DATES:**

Effective 06/06/2017.

*Physical Loan Application Deadline Date:* 08/07/2017.

*Economic Injury (EIDL) Loan Application Deadline Date:* 03/06/2018.
