**AGENCY:**

National Marine Fisheries Service (NMFS), National Oceanic and  Atmospheric Administration (NOAA), Commerce.

**ACTION:**

Notice of public meeting (webinar).

**SUMMARY:**

The Pacific Fishery Management Council's (Pacific Council) Salmon Technical Team and Model Evaluation Workgroup will hold a joint meeting via webinar. The meeting is open to the public.

**DATES:**

The webinar meeting will be held on Thursday, November 2, 2017, from 9 a.m. until 3 p.m., or until business for the day is completed.

**ADDRESSES:**

**SUPPLEMENTARY INFORMATION:**

The purpose of the meeting is to discuss items on the November 2017 Pacific Council meeting agenda. Major topics include, but are not limited to: Salmon Methodology Review, the 2018 Salmon Management Schedule, and Final Recommendations on the Sacramento River Winter Chinook Control Rule. If time allows, additional topics may be discussed, including but not limited to future Council agenda items.

Although non-emergency issues not contained in the meeting agenda may be discussed, those issues may not be the subject of formal action during this meeting. Action will be restricted to those issues specifically listed in this document and any issues arising after publication of this document that require emergency action under section 305(c) of the Magnuson-Stevens Fishery Conservation and Management Act, provided the public has been notified of the intent to take final action to address the emergency.
