The Commission will consider and act upon the following in open session: *Secretary of Labor* v. *Alcoa World Alumina, LLC,* Docket Nos. CENT 2015-128-M et al. (Issues include whether the Judge erred in making negligence and unwarrantable failure determinations because he concluded that a particular miner was not acting as an agent of the operator.).
