The Commission will consider and act upon the following in open session: *Jeffrey Pappas* v. *CalPortland Company, et al.,* Docket No. WEST 2016-264-DM (Issues include whether the Judge erred in ruling that the operators had not discriminated against the miner by not rehiring him).
