*Incident Period:* 09/16/2017 through 09/22/2017.

Issued on 11/22/2017.

*Physical Loan Application Deadline Date:* 12/04/2017.

*Economic Injury (EIDL) Loan Application Deadline Date:* 07/05/2018.

The notice of the President's major disaster declaration for Private Non-Profit organizations in the US Virgin Islands, dated 10/05/2017, is hereby amended to establish the incident period for this disaster as beginning 09/16/2017 through 09/22/2017.

All other information in the original declaration remains unchanged.
