The Commission will consider and act upon the following in open session: * Secretary  of Labor * v. *Mach Mining, LLC,* Docket Nos. LAKE 2014-77, et al. (Issues include whether the Judge erred by ruling that the operator did not violate a standard requiring that electrical protection devices on high voltage longwall equipment be properly maintained.)
