The Commission will consider and act upon the following in open session: *Secretary of Labor* v. *M-Class Mining, LLC,* Docket No. LAKE 2012-519. (Issues include whether the Judge erred by ruling that a miner was not required to wear gloves while troubleshooting an energized continuous mining machine.)
