This is an amendment of the Presidential declaration of a major disaster for Public Assistance Only for the State of Ohio (FEMA-4424-DR), dated 04/08/2019.

*Incident:* Severe Storms, Flooding, and Landslides.

*Incident Period:* 02/05/2019 through 02/13/2019.

**DATES:**

Issued on April 30, 2019.

*Physical Loan Application Deadline Date:* 06/07/2019.

*Economic Injury (EIDL) Loan Application Deadline Date:* 01/08/2020.
