Notice, extension of comment period.

**SUMMARY:**

In response to public requests for an extension of the comment period, EPA is extending the comment period for the draft guidance document that was released for public comment in the *Federal Register* of March 27, 2019, for an additional 60 days.

**DATES:**

Comments, identified by docket identification (ID) number EPA-HQ-OPP-2018-0258, must be received on or before July 28, 2019.

**SUPPLEMENTARY INFORMATION:**

This document extends the public comment period established in the *Federal Register* of March 27, 2019 (84 FR 11538) (FRL-9986-27). In that document, EPA announced the availability of and sought public comment on a draft guidance document entitled “Guidance for Plant Regulator Label Claims, Including Plant Biostimulants.” EPA is hereby extending the comment period that was set to end on May 28, 2019 to July 28, 2019.
