Final rule; correction.
**SUMMARY:**
The Postal Service is correcting a final rule that appeared in the *Federal Register* on May 2, 2019. The document amended *Mailing Standards of the United States Postal Service,* Domestic Mail Manual (DMM®) for clarity and consistency in the standards regarding forms of identification.
