The Commission will hear oral argument in the matter *Secretary of Labor* v. *Sunbelt Rentals, Inc.,* Docket No. VA 2013-291. (Issues include whether the Judge erred in ruling that a particular location in a preheat tower was a “working place” for purposes of an examination requirement.)
