**SUPPLEMENTARY INFORMATION:**

On August 2, 2019, the Department of Commerce (Commerce) published the *Federal Register* notice of a court decision not in harmony with the final results of the antidumping duty administrative review, 2015-2016, and notice amending the final results of its administrative review with respect to the weighted-average dumping margin assigned to Jindal Poly Films Limited of India. [^1] In that notice, Commerce inadvertently listed the applicable date as July 23, 2019. The correct applicable date is August 2, 2019.
