The Commission will consider and act upon the following in open session: *Secretary of Labor* v. *Knight Hawk Coal, LLC,* Docket No. LAKE 2019-87-R. (Issues include whether the Judge erred in overturning the Secretary's revocation of a mine's ventilation plan.)
