Notice of application.
**DATES:**
Registered bulk manufacturers of the affected basic class, and applicants therefore, may file written comments on or objections to the issuance of the proposed registration on or before April 9, 2020. Such persons may also file a written request for a hearing on the application on or before April 9, 2020.

**SUPPLEMENTARY INFORMATION:**
In accordance with 21 CFR 1301.34(a), this is notice that on May 24, 2019, Arizona Department of Corrections, 1305 E Butte Avenue, ASPC-Florence, Florence, Arizona 85132-9221 re-applied to be registered as an importer of the following basic classes of controlled substance:

The facility intends to import the above-listed controlled substance for legitimate use. This particular controlled substance is not available for the intended legitimate use within the current domestic supply of the United States.
