#  Presidential Declaration Amendment of a Major Disaster for the State of South Carolina

Amendment 1.

**SUMMARY:**

This is an amendment of the Presidential declaration of a major disaster for the State of South Carolina (FEMA-4542-DR), dated 05/01/2020.

*Incident:* Severe Storms, Tornadoes, and Straight-line Winds.

*Incident Period:* 04/12/2020 through 04/13/2020.

**DATES:**

Issued on 05/12/2020.

*Physical Loan Application Deadline Date:* 06/30/2020.

*Economic Injury (EIDL) Loan Application Deadline Date:* 02/01/2021.

**SUPPLEMENTARY INFORMATION:**

The notice of the President's major disaster declaration for the State of SOUTH CAROLINA, dated 05/01/2020, is hereby amended to include the following areas as adversely affected by the disaster:

*Primary Counties (Physical Damage and Economic Injury Loans):* Barnwell, Berkeley.

*Contiguous Counties (Economic Injury Loans Only):*

South Carolina: Georgetown, Williamsburg.

All other information in the original declaration remains unchanged.
