**SUMMARY:**
The Mid-Atlantic Fishery Management Council's (Council) Atlantic Mackerel, Squid, and Butterfish (MSB) Committee will hold a meeting.

**SUPPLEMENTARY INFORMATION:**
The purpose of the meeting is to develop committee recommendations regarding an amendment to the MSB fishery management plan that could modify the plan's goals and objectives as well as the permitting system and associated management measures for *Illex* squid.
