This is an amendment of the Presidential declaration of a major disaster for the State of Oregon (FEMA-4562-DR), dated 09/15/2020.

*Incident:* Wildfires and Straight-line Winds.

*Incident Period:* 09/07/2020 through 11/03/2020.

**DATES:**

Issued on 11/16/2020.

*Physical Loan Application Deadline Date:* 11/30/2020.

*Economic Injury (EIDL) Loan Application Deadline Date:* 06/15/2021.
