In accordance with the Federal Advisory Committee Act (Pub. L. 92-463, as amended), the National Science Foundation (NSF) announces the following meeting:

*Name and Committee Code:* Committee on Equal Opportunities in Science and Engineering (CEOSE) (#1173).
