This is an amendment of the Presidential declaration of a major disaster for Public Assistance Only for the State of North Carolina (FEMA-4568-DR), dated 10/14/2020.

*Incident:* Hurricane Isaias.

*Incident Period:* 07/31/2020 through 08/04/2020.

**DATES:**

Issued on 01/13/2021.

*Physical Loan Application Deadline Date:* 12/14/2020.

*Economic Injury (EIDL) Loan Application Deadline Date:* 07/14/2021.
