This is a Notice of the Presidential declaration of a major disaster for Public Assistance Only for the State of Washington (FEMA-4593-DR), dated 04/08/2021.

*Incident:* Severe Winter Storm, Straight-line Winds, Flooding, Landslides, and Mudslides.

*Incident Period:* 12/29/2020 through 01/16/2021.

**DATES:**

Issued on 04/08/2021.

*Physical Loan Application Deadline Date:* 06/07/2021.

*Economic Injury (EIDL) Loan Application Deadline Date:* 01/10/2022.
