This is a Notice of the Presidential declaration of a major disaster for the State of Tennessee (FEMA-4601-DR), dated 05/08/2021.

*Incident:* Severe Storms, Tornadoes, and Flooding.

*Incident Period:* 03/25/2021 through 04/03/2021.

**DATES:**

Issued on 05/08/2021.

*Physical Loan Application Deadline Date:* 07/07/2021.

*Economic Injury (EIDL) Loan Application Deadline Date:* 02/08/2022.
