This is a Notice of the Presidential declaration of a major disaster for Public Assistance Only for the Commonwealth of Virginia (FEMA-4602-DR), dated 05/10/2021.

*Incident:* Severe Winter Storms.

*Incident Period:* 02/11/2021 through 02/13/2021.

**DATES:**

Issued on 05/10/2021.

*Physical Loan Application Deadline Date:* 07/09/2021.

*Economic Injury (EIDL) Loan Application Deadline Date:* 02/10/2022.

Notice is hereby given that as a result of the President's major disaster declaration on 05/10/2021, Private Non-Profit organizations that provide essential services of a governmental nature may file disaster loan applications at the address listed above or other locally announced locations.

The following areas have been determined to be adversely affected by the disaster:

*Primary Counties:* Amelia, Appomattox, Bedford, Brunswick, Campbell, Caroline, Charlotte, Cumberland, Dinwiddie, Essex, Floyd, Franklin, Goochland, Greensville, Halifax, King and Queen, King William, Lancaster, Louisa, Lunenburg, Mecklenburg, Middlesex, New Kent, Northumberland, Nottoway, Patrick, Pittsylvania, Powhatan, Prince Edward, Prince George, Richmond.
