#  Sunshine Act Meetings

The National Science Board's Committee on Oversight hereby gives notice of the scheduling of a teleconference for the transaction of National Science Board business pursuant to the National Science Foundation Act and the Government in the Sunshine Act.

**TIME AND DATE:**

Friday, September 3, 2021, from 1:00-1:30 p.m. EDT.

**PLACE:**

This meeting will be held by teleconference through the National Science Foundation, 2415 Eisenhower Avenue, Alexandria, VA 22314.

The agenda of the teleconference is: Chair's remarks: review and discussion of proposed Office of the Inspector General (OIG) budget request for FY 2023; recommendation of approval to the National Science Board.
