This is an amendment of the Presidential declaration of a major disaster for the State of Michigan (FEMA-4607-DR), dated 07/15/2021.

*Incident:* Severe Storms, Flooding, and Tornadoes.

*Incident Period:* 06/25/2021 through 06/26/2021.

**DATES:**

Issued on 09/04/2021.

*Physical Loan Application Deadline Date:* 10/13/2021.

*Economic Injury (EIDL) Loan Application Deadline Date:* 04/15/2022.
