**SUMMARY:**

This is an amendment of the Presidential declaration of a major disaster for the State of MICHIGAN (FEMA-4607-DR), dated 07/15/2021.

*Incident:* Severe Storms, Flooding, and Tornadoes.

*Incident Period:* 06/25/2021 through 06/26/2021.

**DATES:**

Issued on 09/24/2021.

*Physical Loan Application Deadline Date:* 10/13/2021.

*Economic Injury (EIDL) Loan Application Deadline Date:* 04/15/2022.

**SUPPLEMENTARY INFORMATION:**

The notice of the President's major disaster declaration for the State of MICHIGAN, dated 07/15/2021, is hereby amended to include the following areas as adversely affected by the disaster:

*Primary Counties (Physical Damage and Economic Injury Loans):* Macomb, Oakland.

*Contiguous Counties (Economic Injury Loans Only):*

MICHIGAN: Genesee, Lapeer, Saint Clair.

All other information in the original declaration remains unchanged.
