**ACTION:**

Notice of permits issued.

**SUMMARY:**

The National Science Foundation (NSF) is required to publish notice of permits issued under the Antarctic Conservation Act of 1978. This is the required notice.

**SUPPLEMENTARY INFORMATION:**

On August 30, 2021, and August 31, 2021, the National Science Foundation published a notice in the *Federal Register* of permit applications received. The permits were issued on October 4, 2021, to:

1. Dr. Robert Sanders Permit No. 2022-007

2. Jonathan Schwartz Permit No. 2022-008

3. Dr. Steven Emslie Permit No. 2022-009
