**SUMMARY:**
The U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) is correcting a notice that was published in the *Federal Register* on November 30, 2021, regarding an application date that was referenced in the License Amendment Request table as “Application Date October 30, 2020” to read “Application Date June 14, 2021.”
