**ACTION:**

Notice; withdrawal.

**SUMMARY:**

OPPE is withdrawing a Notice of the USDA/1890 National Scholars Program published in the *Federal Register* on January 3, 2022.

**DATES:**

This withdrawal is effective January 10, 2022.
