**SUMMARY:**

The National Marine Fisheries Service published a document in the *Federal Register* of February 23, 2022, regarding a meeting of the Caribbean Fishery Management Council's (Council) Ecosystem-Based Fishery Management Technical Advisory Panel (EBFM TAP). The document omitted a meeting location.
