**SUMMARY:**
Notice is hereby given that the Federal Accounting Standards Advisory Board (FASAB) will hold a meeting on August 25, 2022. The purpose of the meeting is to discuss the draft management's discussion and analysis exposure draft. The meeting will begin at 9:30 a.m. and conclude at 12:30 p.m. The meeting will be virtual.

The agenda, briefing materials, and teleconference information for the virtual meeting will be available at *https://www.fasab.gov/briefing-materials/* approximately one week before the meeting. Any interested person may attend the virtual meeting as an observer. Board discussion and reviews are open to the public.
