This is an amendment of the Presidential declaration of a major disaster for the State of Oklahoma (FEMA-4657-DR), dated 06/29/2022.

*Incident:* Severe Storms, Tornadoes, and Flooding.

*Incident Period:* 05/02/2022 through 05/08/2022.

**DATES:**

Issued on 08/26/2022.

*Physical Loan Application Deadline Date:* 09/28/2022.

*Economic Injury (EIDL) Loan Application Deadline Date:* 03/29/2023.
