#  Green Island Power Authority; Albany Engineering Corporation; Notice of Application for Partial Transfer of License and Soliciting Comments, Motions To Intervene, and Protests

On October 21, 2022, Green Island Power Authority (transferor) and Albany Engineering Corporation (transferee) co-licensees for the Green Island Hydroelectric Project No. 13, filed jointly an application for a partial transfer of license. The project is located at the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (Corps) Green Island-Troy Lock and Dam on the Hudson River, in Albany County, New York. The project occupies federal land under the jurisdiction of the Corps. [^1]
