The Commission will consider and act upon the following in open session: *Secretary of Labor on behalf of Saldivar* v. *Grimes Rock, Inc.,* Docket No. WEST 2021-0178-DM. (Issues include whether in a temporary reinstatement case, the Judge erred in ruling that economic reinstatement should not be tolled; whether the Judge erred in terminating economic reinstatement on the date of the merits decision; and whether the Judge erred in granting the motion to enforce the settlement agreement.)
