Amendment 2.

**SUMMARY:**

This is an amendment of the Presidential declaration of a major disaster for Public Assistance Only for the State of California (FEMA-4683-DR), dated 01/26/2023.

*Incident:* Severe Winter Storms, Flooding, Landslides, and Mudslides.

*Incident Period:* 12/27/2022 through 01/31/2023.

**DATES:**

Issued on 02/06/2023.

*Physical Loan Application Deadline Date:* 03/27/2023.

*Economic Injury (EIDL) Loan Application Deadline Date:* 10/26/2023.

**SUPPLEMENTARY INFORMATION:**

The notice of the President's major disaster declaration for Private Non-Profit organizations in the State of California, dated 01/26/2023, is hereby amended to establish the incident period for this disaster as beginning 12/27/2022 and continuing through 01/31/2023.

All other information in the original declaration remains unchanged.
